How to place your order

Add items to your cart

Browse our products and click "Add to Cart" on anything you'd like. You can continue shopping or head straight to checkout.

Log in or create an account

You'll need a NaturalCures account to complete your purchase. If you don't have one, registration takes under a minute.

Confirm your shipping address

Check that your delivery address is correct. We deliver to one address per order — if you need to redirect after despatch, a RM10 re-routing fee applies.

Select your shipping method

Choose from available courier options and proceed.

Choose your payment method

Pay by credit/debit card via PayPal, or by bank transfer to our Maybank account. See payment details below.

Review and confirm

Check your billing details, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Confirm Order. You'll receive an email confirmation with your Order ID.

Pay by Card, FPX and E-Wallets

We accept Visa, Mastercard, FPX, Grab, Boost. Your card is charged immediately on successful payment.

Payment is processed securely through Mobi Payment Gateway.

If payment fails due to insufficient funds or a technical error, contact us at email@naturalcures.asia or call +60106541312 and we’ll process your order manually.

Pay by Bank Transfer

Transfer directly to our Maybank account. Once payment is made, email us your transfer details so we can verify and release your order.

Email your bank name, date, time, reference number, amount paid, and Order ID to email@naturalcures.asia. Your order won’t be dispatched until we confirm receipt.

How do I update my account or shipping address?

Log in to your account, go to Account Maintenance, and edit your details there. Changes take effect immediately for future orders.

I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

Click “Lost Password?” on the login page, enter the email address linked to your account, and click Submit. You’ll receive a verification token by email to reset your password.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — but only while your order is still on Pending status. Email us at email@naturalcures.asia with the subject line “Request to cancel order” and your Order ID.

Orders that are already in transit or marked as shipped cannot be cancelled.

How long will delivery take?

We ship within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed order. Malaysian delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Overseas orders: 14–21 business days from confirmation. 

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are displayed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM), unless stated otherwise on a specific product page.

What happens if nobody's home at delivery?

The courier will leave a notice slip with instructions to arrange re-delivery. If delivery is still unsuccessful 7 days after the first attempt, a re-delivery fee of RM10 will apply.

Where do I find my Order ID?

Your Order ID is in the confirmation email sent when you placed your order. You can also find it in your account under Order History. If you can’t locate it, contact us with your name and email address.

Do you deliver everywhere in Malaysia?

We deliver to most addresses in Malaysia, but cannot reach some restricted areas. We also do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If your address is affected, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
