Email email@naturalcures.asia or WhatsApp +60 10-654 1312. Include your Order ID, contact details, and reason for return. Add photos for damaged or incorrect items.

We'll confirm & guide you

Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps — whether that's a replacement, full refund, or another resolution. We aim to respond within one business day.

Receive your resolution

Refunds are processed via the same method you used to pay. Replacements are dispatched promptly. We'll keep you updated throughout.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Not sure if SilverGuard will work for your condition? Order a single bottle and try it for 30 days. If you see no improvement and aren’t satisfied for any reason, return the bottle for a full refund of the purchase price — minus shipping costs.

This guarantee exists so you can make an informed decision without financial risk. We’re not in the business of keeping your money if the product hasn’t helped you.

Damaged, Incorrect or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, or we’ve sent you the wrong item or quantity, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out — at our cost.

  • Email us with photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Include your name and Order ID
  • Items must be in original packaging, unmarked and undefaced
  • We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund
  • We cover all return shipping for errors on our end

What We Can't Refund

  • Quantity bottle orders (2+ bottles) and combo packs
  • Items marked Non-exchangeable or Non-refundable on the product page
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery (misuse, improper storage)
