- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

Use of Services
This website may include forums, news groups, chat areas, and other communication facilities. You agree to use these only to post content that is lawful and appropriate.
We are not obligated to monitor communication facilities but reserve the right to remove any content, refuse access, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. We may also disclose information as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including where we believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

We may update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Placing an Order
- You must register an account before placing an order.
- Your order is subject to acceptance by us and may be declined for any reason, including credit concerns, unusual order volumes, or delivery address restrictions. We’ll notify you by email if your order is confirmed, or by call or email if it cannot be fulfilled.
- All charges, including delivery fees, are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to verify your payment details before dispatching your order.
- Payment is accepted via MobiPay, our payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Grab and Goos e-wallet). Your card is charged on successful payment. For payment failures, contact our Customer Service team at +60106541312 or email@naturalcures.asia.
- By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery
- Malaysian orders: We aim to deliver within 3 working days for in-stock products, and within 7 working days for out-of-stock items, from the date of order confirmation.
- International orders: We aim to deliver within 14–21 working days from order confirmation.
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We’ll notify you of any significant delays and are not liable for costs arising from late delivery.
- We cannot deliver to all areas in Malaysia or to P.O. Box addresses. If your address is affected, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
- We deliver to one address per order. Redirecting a dispatched order incurs a RM10 re-routing fee for Malaysian orders. We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address you have provided.
- If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice slip. If delivery remains unsuccessful 7 days after the first attempt, a RM10 re-delivery fee will apply.
- On delivery, please sign to acknowledge receipt and check your order immediately. Report any damage to us within 2 working days.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Expired Products
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or expired, contact us within 2 working days of delivery. Please include:
- A photo of the damaged, incorrect, or expired item
- Your name and order number
- If the fault is confirmed to be on our end, we’ll arrange collection, replace the item on a one-for-one basis, and cover all shipping costs. Refunds are not available unless the product has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Order Cancellation
- We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable or has been discontinued. We’ll notify you and arrange a full refund via the original payment method.
- If you wish to cancel an order, this is only possible while the order is still on Pending status. Email us at email@naturalcures.asia with the subject “Request to cancel order”.
Orders already in transit or marked as shipped cannot be cancelled.
